How do I meet people that will push me to be more successful / earn more money?

Met all my "succesful" friends at my nation's version of elite university educations. Maybe get some student friends and go with them to pubs with final year law students or final year business students/IBD wannabees?
In general just go out and meet people, those peoplel have friends and eventually you stumble upon people like yourself, whatever that is
