He's right, and it's a good thing. Some alts will continue to rocket up to major successes, but the market will be far more picky now with the wealth concentrated into fewer projects.

Some older projects like Link and newer projects like Quant are the ones to keep a close eye on. Systems that work, solve major issues, give major benefits, and are easy to implement.

99% of ICOs proved to be horrible scams with absolutely criminal-tier tokenomics, with unjustified valuations and vaporware products.

The public got brutally REQt on shitcoins in 2018, I think they've smartened up to it. Going forward, only those altcoins with real business clients and commercial application will succeed, such as Ethereum, LINK.

Scams like VeChink, REQ, AMB, etc. will never recover. Those tokens were released only to seize money from the public.
