Yeah, pretty much this. There's so many people complaining ETH isn't 1/4 of the BTC price.

Look at the ETC/BTC comparison back in 2017. The price of the two coins did not rise, nor did they fall, at the same times. They're two completely different things. People should not be treating them as the same, and they shouldn't make a comparison between the 2017 and 2019 crypto market.
