The rest of tokens goes to the "devs" and the team.

The team has been dumping, for example this address made 89 wETH for free dumping some of the 16k that they got at the start:

I have heard that the team is filled with people who were involved with making those P3D clone pyramid schemes in 2018. That's why they made up a fake story about Japanese investors buying out the team.
