Flagstaff: great weather, nice and comfy city. No jobs. Expensive.

Phoenix: shit weather, expensive. Lots of jobs.

Tucson: good weather, cheap, idk about job market (seems less opportunities available than phoenix). Lots of homeless and lots of spooky areas
