Another thing you don't realize is your brain is so fucking fried, that you cannot muster up the drive to actually achieve something in the long game. That's why you are only focused on the short game (i.e. unearned daily dopamine rewards). So once you leave your fantasy and deplete your dopamine, and go back into the real world, there is a massive massive disconnect between your fantasy brain and reality. This disconnect will always be there and everytime you face reality, you will become depressed and hate yourself.

So, I'm certain this will fall on deaf ears, but the sooner you realize the chasm between your fantasy world and reality, the sooner you can accept it and start living in the real world, and less in the fantasy world. Which is hard to do, considering 95% of this board lives in fantasy (i.e. jerking off to anime). So given that, nothing will happen for you as you'll disregard this. But in the off chance you realize this, pure bliss and luxury can actually be achieved within. You have to minimize this chasm as much as you can. Then you can experience pure bliss from within. It's not easy, and it's something we all have to struggle with. But the recognition and attempt will make the battle easier.
