I want to start a company that utilizes smart contracts to make investing in income producing commercial real estate as easy as buying a shitcoin. The company would pool funds and buy real estate deals with the money, then distribute the income proportionately once per month. This would provide a way to diversify into real world assets without having to cash out of crypto. Thoughts?

Sounds promising

its a good idea, but....

anything like this - due to the myriad of issues - is going to either require: (a) full SEC compliance like being listed on NYSE, or (b) require "accredited investors only" - both have drawbacks.

finally, the next problem is performance: there are tons of reits on the market managed by people with decades of experience...how are your returns going to out pace theres? In other words, would still probably better to do traditional REIT via fiat and put divis into crypto when paid.

thanks anon, despite being an expert and having access to the best deals before the REITs do (we sell the ones we pass on to them), I think the regulatory requirements are probably too brutal

OP, I can't figure out if you're a relex shill or just retarded.

its already that easy: the stock market.

You can buy any REIT right now and they have to pay 90% of their profits in dividends.

interesting, I wasn't familiar with this project. I don't know why they have a token though, my idea would only take and pay USDT

yes, if you have the industry knowledge I can totally see the attraction.
In that case you can go "accredited investor only" route, but the problems there are: no broader market, and if no broad market does the cyrpto token actually serve a purpose (ie. if you only have 50 investors, easier to track everything manually 1-on-1 relations).

the benefit would be not needing to cash out of crypto

yeah, you're right. If this is limited to accredited investors only then there is no point
