Could somebody explain Bitmex fees?
Lets say my trade is:
Quantity: 100 000 USD
Leverage 50x
Order value: 9.1 XBT
Order cost: 0.19 XBT

Lets say I open and close my trade at the same price (0% ROI) after holding a position for 8 hours. How many $ are taken in fees?

Just read the official doc man, even faster, put your mouse over the funding % on the bitmex interface.

Bitmex fees are easy to understand:

100% of your balance, when you inevitably get liquidated.

Imagine still trading on shitmex. Bybit is so much better and they’re literally giving you $60 just open an account https://www.bybit.com/home/en/index.html?affiliate_id=1330&group_id=361&group_type=1

Did I get it right?

My funding rate shows 0.1954% in 36 minutes. So based on my USD quantity, the funding fee would be 195,4 USD for holding the position until the next 36 minutes, regardless if I win or lose?

if you're long, yes. if you're short, you'll get that 195,4 USD. it's an exchange between traders, bitmex doesn't take any of it
