Redpill: the poorest part of the world are the poorest because of the people living there, not some magic curse or wypipos evil scheming.
The West has built entire infrastructures during the colonial eras and everything fell in ruins the moment europeans left (or see what happened to Zimbabwe more recently) and flooded them with money during the last decades with close to no effect on development (only a potentially catastrophic demographic boom).
The populations there simply don't have the IQ required to build and maintain modern techno industrial society.

If everyone in America gave you just 1 penny, something almost everyone throws out at least once in their life, you'd have over 3 million dollars. Now inversely, trying to give everyone just one penny would cost over 3 millions.
