I want to get a shitty retail wagekek job in my area so I can earn some extra income but every place I apply to has some pre-screening test that you can only take once every six months

Are there any hiring managers on biz that can tell me what to do to pass these things? I can't imagine anybody takes them seriously but I can't pass them even when I try to fake the answers that I think they want to hear
