Seeing hexagons as possibly hints at chainlink's logo is kinda retarded. It's just literally a 2D shadow of a cube (read: block) that's used for so many other logos and icons representing blockchain.

The possibility is there, but it's a low possibility. In this case there are several of these hexatons with different widths. I see more chance of the logo being referred to in other examples. This one is probably just coinsidence.
