Take an old computer.
Destroy its wifi connection. Physically but pulling out its network adapter. DO NOT HOOK UP TO THE INTERNET.
Transfer MEW files.
Generate address and key.
Write down key one piece of paper. Store it in a safe location (or several safe locations).
Destroy the computer, burn it, or whatever.

Now you have a wallet that is probably 100% safe. But it is a one-way wallet. You put in money but you will not take out any money until 10 years from now when you will have the funds to do so in a safe manner, i.e., when you can hire a team of professionals to do it for you.
