How do you overcome addiction? Every few days I get the urge to get a prostitute. I don't even need it, I have a girlfriend who will have sex on command, but the urge is so strong. I normally would convince myself that I could put the money into BTC or Shitcoins and it works for the most part until it doesn't.

Anyone have previous experience? Studying and Crypto helps, but they don't feel like solutions and I don't want to lose my money to degeneracy
