Wait, so I have to pay taxes on my full income, but corporations only pay taxes on their profits?

But when it suits them, corporations are people too??

This is so fucked up, how do we solve this issue? I think people should only have to pay taxes on their net yearly profit.

It makes more sense when you think in terms of capital gains. Individuals pay tax only on their net yearly capital gains (gross capital gain minus gross capital loss). Now, if you consider all spending done by a corporation to be a capital expenditure (i.e. "capital loss"), then its profit is equivalent to net capital gains.
