history has been manipulated throughout history to suit the current agenda, nothing new here at all

also, every major change in politics and religion is accompanied by mass destruction of historical documents and artefacts - smashing statues, burning libraries and so on.

One could speculated that such a change is in the making now, and that wouldn't be far from the truth cause again that has been the case pretty much constantly throughout human history.

Technological advancement and human dependence on this technology makes these easier, quicker and more thorough now more than ever though.

I must admit it is not a bad idea from the technology of power point of view to be able to set off or foment such change at the flick of a switch. However, I do thing if these things happen too often they tend to get weaker in the desired effect and can ultimately produce a backlash against the technology itself and its masters.

Interesting times to live in for sure.
