there is NO valid reason to hold coins on an exchange. go through coinbase/gemini as a fiat gateway, then withdraw to an eth address you own the private keys for and exclusively use dexes or uniswap
you will NOT make it by being a meme daily trader in a manipulated market, or chasing shitcoin pumps. even if you think you are. even if you 3x your principal, or even 10x. you will get high on your "success" despite it being luck. you will take more gambles, and you will lose most of it, and soon enough you'll be another pink wojak saying he got liquidated on bitmex
