Have to fucking rant, I have to say this, dont care if no one reads. I am a White male and I believe I'm experiencing discrimination.

I've had several job interviews. On paper I am perfectly qualified for these positions. Enthusiastic, I practiced my lines, practiced doing live interviews, I'm friendly, smile alot.

Manager number 1 is white female, number 2 is black female, 3rd is Asian male, etc etc. No white guys to be found. I see these patterns again and again. Corporate middle manage is full of females and non whites. White men are no where to be found.

I get fucking GHOSTED. For no reason stated. This has happened many times. "We've decided to move in a different direction". They tell me. Fucking bullshit. They were just disappointed when a white male entered the room when I opted out on the race/gender/disability forms on the online application.

If you don't want to start your own business you can actually make a very good living working for a small-midsize operation and not have to deal with all of the bullshit that comes along with larger corporations and their forced diversity requirements. In my opinion most corporations (public that is) who implement these practices are way overvalued as far as stock prices go.

We've been in a long period of economic prosperity following 2008 which I feel has led to the current situation, and when the time comes to trim the fat it's going to be pretty bad for folks who got their jobs on their ethnicity/gender(or lack thereof) alone. In the mean time, the tax breaks are good for those companies stock prices though.
