Even though I think TA doesn't really work, one could see how if TA gives you a better idea of the balance of probabilities of a trade, it would be good for you in the long run
Using leverage only increases risk and also reward, so essentially it raises the likelihood that you would get fucked over in the short run by a black swan event or simply an unexpected random market move by a whale, even on a well advised trade.
