Alright /biz/nessmen,

This is my first post ever on this board.

I just inherited 81K.

How do I make it work for me?

I'm drawn to buying property with some family because they flip houses, maybe invest in some properties, work on them, and split the profit.

Is there anything else that would be as profitable?

how about op does something smart with 100% of it

Op, put it into high dividend paying stocks, make sure the quarterly dividend payout for each stock equates to more than an individual 1 stock share price and set up a DRIP whereby you get extra stock added to your shares instead of a pittance of money

= more stock = more dividends
