You don't. You don't have any edge unless you know someone in the Fed, one of the larger mutual funds or private equity firms, or the SEC. Currently U.S. markets are 100% rigged and probably will be that way until the crash (and even then maybe not). There is literally nothing you can do but pray or go to other markets.
