It's grad-school CS stuff, maybe advanced undergrad. But the way that's written is pretty easy to understand since it's meant to be understandable by people without a degree's worth of background in the field. Just read it and look up shit you don't get.

It's interesting to think about though. I wouldnt be surprised if your first READ was about how fkng dumb we're getting. Like if you read a (translated from Olde Anglish) writing from the 1400's, sure they may be "upper class", but theres no gadamn way the average Harvard crank-out is smart enough to write/express themselves like that.
