Economic collapses don't happen anymore. People just slowly get poorer while blaming capitalism for everything and demanding more government intervention. This speeds up poverty making more and more

How is China going to unfuck itself? I predict a complete collapse if they don’t make an ACTUAL deal with the US in the next month or so.

It's hard to predict outside of a broad claim like saying "within 10 years." Previously it could be prolonged until you ran out of food, shelter, and entertainment. Meanwhile the financialization of every asset could be extended nearly indefinitely by a clever banking sector. Now crypto seems to have put an expiration date on this, since people will turn to reliable stablecoins once banks resort to negative interest rates (they are running out of other options ever since QE). Trump is a wild card because he was never meant to be in control at such a critical point in time. On top of that he understands economics better than his opponents give him credit for. The thing is I'm not sure he understands crypto unless he has advisors like Thiel and Yarvin (via proxies) giving him feedback on the subject. If the trade war doesn't trigger a collapse in China there will still need to be some sort of revaluation done on the dollar in the future. Although elites were hinting at crashing the economy to cancel Trump's next election bid, they seem to have bent the knee. I'd imagine if this happened Trump would just expose blame of the Fed and take emergency powers to destroy it. Even if a global collapse started to happen, the USA is much better positioned than most other countries. USA's independence as a food/energy exporter coupled with a relatively strong military gives Trump an enormous bludgeon to wield against his foes right now.

But the US is unironically supposed to be somewhat a steward of the world, rather than a isolated scoffer.

As much as the commies and europoors hate on the USA, with good reason, a lot of the world still secretly hopes we will have answers when things get dire.

It's hard to explain, and I am not saying the USA should be a doormat. We should definitely retaliate against countries who backstab us when we give them a very fair deal, as China has done for a few decades.

The idea of America is something completely new un the history of man, and we are squabbling about what fucking red hats

China as successfully treated their people like cattle for the longest time, they will never have as much innovation as the West but they're one of the oldest civilizations for a reason, their people get shit done. The US would cause a civil war way sooner than them or do some other retarded shit.

You simply can't bet against based chinks

The history of China is littered with collapses triggered by the masses finally lashing out against the architects of their suffering. Their evolution into the proto-bugman of the modern era was sculpted by a cycle of economic collapse followed by foreign conquering followed by yet another collapse and so on...

>their people get shit done.
China has two memes it uses: spying and quantity over quality. That's it, kek. China spies relentlessly by placing its bugmen in US companies and basically throws bodies at something until it gets a satisfactory result. This strategy hasn't changed since the days of building the Great Wall during which hundreds of thousands died. They have minuscule creativity and would go nowhere without someone to emulate. Their only chance would be developing some sort of general AI to innovate for them which is a stupid pipe dream anyway.
>The US would cause a civil war way sooner than them or do some other retarded shit.
If the US triggers a civil war then the right will proceed to systematically execute all the opposition they face. Prepare to see politicians and journalists hanging from lampposts. Every simulation run by our government shows that rural conservatives in control of their own food, weapons, and land would dominate in this scenario. Even foreign intervention is unlikely to tip the scale. There are countless bloodthirsty anons counting the days for this fantasy to unfold, which is why it will never be allowed to happen.

Globohomos are on a sinking ship. In case you can't tell there has clearly been a struggle on Mount Olympus unfolding for the past two years. Even media is starting to tone down their attacks lately because they are worried about facing the chopping block. Compare the last month of news to every other month for the past year, there's not much there. All attempts to undermine the white house have failed miserably.

Not really man- America is merely British Empire 2.0. Which was arguably the Roman Empire 2.0.

There is nothing new under the sun.

>people will turn to reliable stablecoins once banks resort to negative interest rates (they are running out of other options ever since QE).
The most widely used stablecoins are 1:1 paired with USD, and I don't see how they will start becoming worth more than USD over time when market makers maintain the ratio.
So how will we get a "stable coin" that's immune to the inflationary USD properties when the metric that we use to determine something as "stable" is being inflated? Is this the role of BTC.. or something else?
