ZIL is rated among the most actively developed projects, while being a #50 coin. This makes it an outlier: much function, little exposure.
Zilliqa team is full of tech autists with practically no marketing. They never announce projects unless they are in a final stage. They even said that they consider claiming a signed MoU as a partnership unprofessional.
That is the reason it hasnt pumped yet. But soon it will be impossible to ignore Zil. If they were hyping on every handshake, theyd be bqck to 10-20c range
