How am I doing /biz/?

Pic related is my portfolio, I'm 19, been getting /fit/ for 4 months and not a social autist. My biggest issue is I am not good with girls and scared to make moves on dates. I think a big part of it is my friend group of people who are very judgemental and less sociable than I. I feel like it is difficult to become your own person when your friends are insecure and judgemental of normies and shit. They are all big gamers of course. Any advice from wiser bizlets would be much appreciated.

I know a lot of people say that you’ll be heavily influenced by your friend group, so trying to improve your social circle may be an option. Perhaps becoming less dependent on them, doing your own thing more
