So I got an opportunity to buy the house that I've been renting for a while. I would have to get some help for the initial payment and then wageslave nonstop to keep up with the mortgage. It seems like a no brainer to buy it and get of the rental market but.. I have this feeling that I shouldn't.
I'm 25 btw. What do I do.
