If I set my ceiling of make-it money to 500k, and cashout out of crypto once I reach that...

Is it financially sound decision to buy house for 50% of that and put the other half into real-estate/metals?

we are at ATH of the housing bubble
you should convert them into municipal bonds if you want to maintain the wealth while earning passive income

ok you want a financially sound decision.
do this:
buy a house by putting minimum money into it, and pay the money to them by monthly. it would take about 30 years to pay of the house this way. but the good thing is that you still have more than 70% of the money in your hand.
now, with that money, go into either stocks, or go into buying lands around cities that have high growth rate.
thank me later.

Its a great way to lose your make-it money if a problem with the house turns up immediately or 10 years down the line. Google 'diversification' and also 'liquidity'

you would be better off with putting it all into index funds and rent

Real estate is far overvalued and in many cities slowing down. Properties take longer and longer before they sell, etc.
The smart move is to save as much cash as humanly possible and invest next time there's a big crash and everything is on firesale.
Most people who "own" real estate don't really own it, they are very indebted and the moment they can't pay they'll have to sell their property very fast and at a very low price.

Millionaires can be made at any time, but billionaires are made when there is blood in the streets.
