Then get out there and start shilling. Start threads, share on social media, post somewhere beside /biz/ and le reddit. Write about PND on all of the forums you have accounts on, don't use new accounts or you'll look like spam. Tell everyone you know about PND, it's a great story. Tell them on Skype and Teamspeak.

it can easily go up when people realise Mt.Gox is not all that important for bitcoin anyways

Its just the news media that thinks so because they only know Bitcoin and MtGox and dont consider any other exchanges that seem to be trading BTC with fiat

You can probably get it for cheaper if Mt Gox goes down

The whole process is like this:
1. Miner submits shares until a block is found.
2. Block is found - Miner get his amount of shares credited relative to the blocksize. "Unconfirmed" because we need to know whether or not the block is orphaned.
3. After the amount is confirmed, by default 120 blocks, my pool uses 80, it gets credited as "Confirmed" so it can be spent by the miner in order to either initiate automatic payouts or manual payouts. Both types of payouts get added to their own queue.
4. My server runs a cronjob every minute that pays out the miner the desired balance, be that auto or manual.

Maybe try to clean or trim a little what's not important in the screen caps (like the text in-between mint pal logo and the actual vote), and/or try to highlight what's the most relevant each time (we shouldn't have to search with our eyes the relevant info between numerous coins. Hey guys, can you explain how Proof of Work and Proof of Stake mining works?

I understand POW is computing power and POS is wallet balance which determines the coins you receive. But, I thought Proof of Work mining actually ran the transactions. The miners were the ones keeping the blockchain going. And that is what you get paid coins for.

So, if you have a POS, who does the mining, how, and why would you mine if you get paid for the balance in your wallet only?

Is there a primer on this shit? I can't find one.
