In his consensus 2019 speech last week he announced mainnet of course. He said this week chainlink would post an official blog post talking more about it. Tomorrow is the last day of the week, so we think it'll happen then or maybe it got rescheduled. No time given but presumably somewhere between 8 and 5pm PST
