In the very hypothetical case in which this happens, miners will just switch to another network. In the very rare case that this doesn't happen, there will be 2 chains in which people will have to switch to the correct one. If people stop trading for a bit until it is fixed, nothing will actually happen.

The chance for btc to get 51ed is infinitely small, the network is really strong. At 65,000,000,000,000 hash per second you can't even do it with the 20 fastest super computers.
