They don't hold all their coins.
Their latest "hack" revealed they hold fractional reserves and rely and shared liquidity pools with other exchanges.
Basically there's not a 1:1 coin in their wallet for every coin held on binance.
This is ok as long as everyone doesn't withdrawl at the same time. But if they do expect "down for maintenance" or worst case an exit scam.
People are cucking themselves if the hold on an exchange for any large amount of time.
