Made this mistake when I first invested in crypto. Told a few close family members and my wife. Eventually after they kept asking questions about how’s your crypto doing blah blah I realized I needed them to NOT know so I could always have control of MY fucking money, especially since some of them thought I was stupid to invest (though my wife was supportive/trusting). I told them I lost everything and now I get no more questions. Won’t say shit to anyone ever again, even my wife. Don’t have a great plan for what to tell her if I make it since I absolutely will quit my job. Maybe I’ll just stay working but slowly funnel enough money into our savings account to be able to start a small business, then quit and open up a shop as a front. Hire someone and just make sure I’m breaking even, tell my wife business is good.
