Consider starting a cleaning or lawn care company, people always need those. Get good at networking, get contracts with office buildings, or some shit like that. Hire people to help with the work as your customer base grows.
It might take a few years of doing the work yourself but eventually if you're smart at growing, you can delegate out all the work.
At that point growing the business becomes a lot more comfy, or you can sell it off to someone else and collect a fat pay cheque.
