I sold all my btc when the first drop from the peak happened and laughed all the way to the bank. Afterwards I never touched crypto again.

It was like winning the lottery. A bunch of coins I bought as a joke, forgot about for 6 years, and then rediscovered when someone went on about BTC meteoring to 15K allowed me to buy a fucking house and then put the rest into investments and trades which has allowed my portfolio to expand and diversify.

Don't bother with the fads here. That's my only advice. Bring up trading view. look at the history of those coins, look up their news and conduct research on them. They are all jockeying to be the next big coin, but the problem is that it's not about being the next big coin. It's about creating the illusion of innovation. I almost dumped my earnings into other forms of crypto until I took another look. Instead I decided to put most of it into stocks and ETFs to let them grow. A limited number (25K) I decided to play day trading with. I made 45K with practice, but half the time I was losing money.
Anyways, Sometimes you get lucky. Other times you need to study study study. There's no easy win. And sometimes all it takes is an acute eye for what's going on and how interest is being generated.
