I'm starting to second guess myself which is probably a good sign, right?

Listen, I bought bat at $0.20. I could have bought Chainlink instead. This post is unironic. Im going to go have a sandwich and do some thinking.

Legitimately my comfiest long term hold.

The adoption numbers for the browser are hockeystick level. It's likely got some of the best actual adoption of any b2c token rn.

Hype has died atm. It's not going to do anything vs. Btc till mobile ads. Nobody gives a fuck about desktop.

Yeah they've got a few things they need to update. Also has some issues with embedded youtube videos and captcha. But that's a few patches and a mobile app, not exactly everest levels of difficulty.

IDK if it was easy they wouldn't be asking for a second round of funding. My avg buy price is 15 cents but its barely up 20% vs btc/eth.

I am going to hold till mobile ads and give it a little while. It seems like a great idea to me but I also hate sitting on things without hype.

The hype is dead but where are the content creators asking for BAT? I was hoping I could give BAT to chan comments I thought we're deserving

Why

Twitter tipping is going live soon and they still havent released their ad blocking partner. This powder keg could blow any minute.

Not trying to fud I would love someone to tell me why this isnt problem - my biggest concern with BAT is that every single person I've gotten to use the Brave browser has immediately opted out of contributing tokens to content producers and wants to just hoard their free tokens from watching ads. How can this ecosystem get off the ground or be legitimate if nobody contributes?

BAT relies on the success of the Brave Browser
Seeing as Brave isn't Chrome or Firefox BAT is essentially useless
Just wait till Google rips off their idea lmao

Well this one does but has like no subscribers so maybe not a good example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=770aEBhH-LA

Am I a brainlet or does this not answer the question at all? Non-profits run the same as any other business, they just reinvest excess revenue into the operation rather than paying it out to owners/shareholders. How does that *at all* address the problem that brave fundamentally fails to incentivize behavior necessary for the ecosystem to function?

I'm also starting to second guess myself. It does seem like the hype is dead. Not really seeing new ads, just the same stuff over and over.

Feels bad man, BAT has so much promise. I don't want to stick a fork in it or anything, but fuck.

surely you aren't this dense. how do you think the BTC ecosystem is maintained? What's more you're basically "kept" in the ecosystem until a multi directional wallet is implemented. Once actual spending options are implemented there will be less hoarding.
