The poor? Naaah, you don't get to choose your parents. But filthy employees? Fuck them, they choose their lives as wageslaves... I enjoy making their lives as miserable as possible. Driving them to bad health, mental breakdowns, infertility/erectile dysfunction, madness, early aging, early death... anything... hopefully something nudges the wageslave to change his life. The wageslave, unlike a literal slave, chooses to put on the chains every morning... he's a slave of the mind.

He must enjoy the pittance the lashings and labor, for the pittance he's paid, or he'd have become a capitalist or neet by now. If I see he's trying to climb out, I loosen the pressure and focus on his peers. But I have the obligation to abuse the voluntary employee-scum... if they didn't enjoy it... why are they still showing up. And even if they had a stroke or something, I can just throw their body in the garbage since there's piles and piles of resumes and job applications for willing masochists.

Most people become wageslaves because they have families to feed, they cant afford to take risk after risk, unlike your average useless neet who no one will miss after they die, the average wageslave has to put food in the table, he need to keep his kids well feed and healthy, he cant take risks without endangering his family well being, and even if he is willing to take a chance, it does not always pay off, everyday someone somewhere is closing his business simply because it did not take, no matter how much they tried or how hard they worked.
