How can I stop being such a dumb-ass who states at his portfolio? I end up trying to swing-trade and get fucked in the end. Got any suggestions because I am so fucking tired of not having the balls to just hold

write down your trading strategy. write a checklist of things you need to happen before you enter a trade and always an exit strategy (5-10%). This will help you from entering stupid trades as you'll always have to go through a checklist and if the setup fails one step itll stop you. it worked for me. id be hopping around shitcoins taking a small losses that ended up to be big eventually.
