I had coins on mintpal in 2014, I filled out all the proper paperwork with the liquidator and referenced the bitcoin transactions on the block explorer, the liquidator added me as one of only about 30 verified creditors. We're halfway through 2019 and I still haven't seen a penny of my money back. So I wouldn't be holding out hope if I were you.
