I've lost 10% of my portfolio swing trading today. I hate bullmarkets. I have weak hands. I get excited by every little price action and do stupid things.

I'm just gonna put everything into BTC and leave this place for 2 weeks.

Bought some spy calls at 1.2 with an expiration of like 4 days bc I thought “it’ll retrace as long as trump doesn’t tweet”. The next morning they’re worth about .25, so I sold. The afternoon after that they shoot to like 1.8. That was the day I decided I wouldn’t impulse trade options anymore.
