I buy all of my options at least 9 months before exp and I spend hours looking for the right contracts, getting in before the kids buy theirs. My typical hold is waiting until the first good bit of news comes out and selling to even then monitoring the leftovers. 7. Stable Stock Price - The low was 28 due to the Dec shit fest. The low during the Trade war was/is 30.20. Both times the Stock recovered quickly. Normal range is 31 - 34. So unless something really fucked happens with the market your investment is pretty safe.

8. Sustainable Divvy - As mentioned above Profit is up, and Debt is/or will be down by a large amount by EOY. New Projects will be bringing in Revenue by the tons.
