Forex is less transparent because you're B-booked by default and can't be sure that the price spikes are legitimate. In crypto, arbitrage prevents that, exchanges are unable to create fake price moves. Besides, Forex generally obliges you to trade on high leverage which makes it risky to make money consistently and reliably.

The reality is, if you can day trade one kind of assets, you can day trade the other.
