lets take a moment to remember the lives of people that got absolutely fucked from this market the past year and half

many people ruined their finances, destroyed their relationships, and many even went on to pay the ultimate price in the end

I see this same shit with real estate, people leveraging themselves multiple times over so they can buy multiple properties, ignoring the risk of interest rates rising or prices crashing or losing their jobs.
