Say you were the head of a gigantic corporation that dominates a vast number of areas in your country's markets. How do you make the people also love you and accept the reality that your benevolent corporate rule over most areas of their life is the best thing that could happen to them?

You show them exactly how much responsability it entails (if any, and assuming you built it from the ground up yourself, otherwise respekt may be a hard sell). Get them involved, be humble but also technical, show them by just being that there is merit and reason for your position of power. Defo don't do stupid tesla charities.

The ones that see the hustle up close will either want to help and get involved in order to become something better(if that is allowed in your huge corp) and the simpletons will just back away realising they are out of their league and humbly accepting facts, perhaps rejoicing in their lack of responsibility. Only reward the ones that are actually autistically dedicated to work, fidelity and camaradery, and reward them big.

Are you exploiting any natural resources in the area or are you being targeted by a political faction via propaganda?

If not then you can be loved simply by being a good human and offering people a stable happy life in that community. Every rural area or big city nowadays has some historic industrial or entrepreneurial leaders that built everything and they are always massively loved and cherished in the closed circle, even if they were total degenerate animals.

Also don't have too much of a divergent lifestyle from them, aka lambo and sushi daily or whatever bs. You're good
