ETH 2.0 codebase is on track for a completion on June 30th
when this happens the code will enter security audit mode which should last for at least 6 months
during that time increased testing will be happening on the ETH 2.0 test net (protip its already testing right now)

so basically, a mainnet launch of 2.0 is expected by the end of 2020.
