A Crown Royal bag bursting full of 1923-26 silver dollars, silver half dollars, mercury dimes, 1oz bars, 1oz rounds and coins, etc... and a single 1oz gold American Eagle.

When the dollar collapses, who knows what silver and gold will be worth, but I'd rather buy a loaf of bread for a silver dime than $5000 cash.

Thoughts on bullion vs coins? I'd think that in any case where USD starts getting seriously devalued people aren't really going to give a shit about your special collector's edition 1850 whatever. My grandpa collects coins and he's paid out the ass for rare ones. I can't help but think in the future most people won't know or care and instead just want the value of the metal
