This will result in another shitcoin shakeout where many alts living on pure speculation or bad reputation will just fade away. For evidence of this, look at the top 50 from 2017. You won't recognise most of them. Formerly big coins like FTC, NMC, NVC are non existent now as they were purged in the previous bull run. The same will likely happened again to any big coin with poor fundamentals

Bitcoin is used for international wires

for example let´s say that britbongistan ask loisences to send money.

So you do

100 GBP > 1 BTC > 90 USD

notices the last part 1 BTC > 90 USD

When you do that movement you sell the btc to someone doing the same in reverse.
So there is a constant demand of scarce btc to do international transactions.

After the halving the ammount of btc created per year is reduced by half.

So now you do

100 GBP > 0.5 BTC > 90 USD

all that changed is that you now use less btc for the same transaction due to them being rarer.

But for the investor it´s literally massive gains.

It's more like 2015 and BTC will continue to recover while Alts bleed satoshi. 2021 will be a huge Alt bullrun. Right now, noobs are mistaking this for an alt bullrun. These big BTC jumps are a bit different because BTC value tanked more than it should have because of the hash war and institutional money should be flowing in soon but I still expect a closer pattern to 2015-2017 than an all out Alt run this early
