The central BSV talking point is that BSV is the original Bitcoin and that BTC and BCH are airdropped coins. This post will put this fallacy to rest. The following is a list of consensus rules enforced by Bitcoin SV that differ from the original Bitcoin. It should be noted that these are consensus rules which are only a subset of the broader protocol. There are numerous other changes to the protocol that are not listed here, such as a different network magic number, that would prevent BSV nodes from even connecting to and communicating with original Bitcoin nodes.

SV is going back to 0.1 and much of the garbage that was put in the protocol will need to be removed to get there.
