I was looking on APMEX. Prices are just a bit over spot price. Is that good deal? 1oz gold 1340 while spot is 1290

This isnt a good deal. I get my buffaloes for 25$-30$ over spot at local coin shop. I guess it depends where you live though. Eagles for 55$-65$ over.

I just literally dig up the ground in a creek about an hour away from my house for gold flakes. Can usually get 1 gram a day, sometimes more if I hit a good paystreak. There's still a lot of gold left in California, but mining and using machinery is illegal here so the only legal way to get it is to do it by hand. Gonna have 1 ounce by the end of the month, it's insanely hard btw. There may be gold here but without any machinery you're doing raw, physical labor for $40 a day.

You can get one on Ebay for less than $30. All you really need is buckets, a pan, shovel, pickaxe, sucker bottle to suck up the gold flakes and lots of time and muscle. Don't expect to get rich doing this easily though, it took me several months finding almost nothing and watching hundreds of Youtube videos on how to find gold until I finally figured out where to go. Once I find my own secret spot with gold, I just dug the hell out of the ground and just brought the dirt back home instead to pan at home. There's good gold panning threads on /out too.
