It's just a meme, I know not everyone here is going to own a star, mostly because half of his board consists of street shitters who can't even afford one.

The higher tier addresses are some of scarcest digital assets on the planet. There are only 65k stars and 255 galaxies and they aren't fungible or divisible.

In a way yes, though we cannot know what his motives are with 100% certainty. I think Yarvin is one of the more interesting figures around today. It's incredible that he worked on this project for like 15 years. He clearly doesn't care much about fame or fortune. If successful, urbit will play a key role in orchestrating a fully libertarian society capable of interplanetary civilization. He has aligned himself with Thiel, who else does he associate with?
Don't have a star yet but plan on getting one inside the next year and a half.
