That picture is so misleading

First of all, bitcoin cash happened via a hard fork (hard fork means changing the bitcoin consensus rules)

segwit was activated via soft fork (aka NOT changing the consensus rules, but is added as an option to use). You don't have to use segwit on BTC but you can.

BCH FORCES you to use the new consensus rules, BTC with Segwit soft fork gives you the OPTION to use segwit.

Therefore, BTC right now is closer to the "original" bitcoin protocol than BCH and thus BSV

The fact that it calls BSV the legacy chain is just a lie
