Too many independent buyers.
Market exploded too fast in 2017, it needed momentum so not that many people could buy in.
Now too many people are involved and hold large alt bags, there is no big money willing to pump this ponzi.
Everyone who is interested has bought.
No new money.
Maybe if crypto goes on the news again, but you can bet them traditional investors will be sceptical.
They haven't forgot 2018.
Chances are they never will.
